Pulte Centex Builder Refused to Replace Faulty, Defective, Damaged Central Heat and Air Unit Franklin Tennessee

The central heat and air unit on my brand new $200,000 home has had issues since day one.  The builder was notified and a replacement was requested.  The builder refused to replace the unit.  They send someone to "repair" it.  It has been repaired five times.  Once the compressor had to be replaced (unit less than a year old).  They still refuse to replace it.  They have tried three times to fix the fact that my daughters room is broiling and mine is freezing.  The repeated failure of the unit causes stress and unhappiness.  I turned the air on today and guess what?  It is broken again. 

This company should have born the financial responsibilty for the "lemon."  Unfortunately, I am stuck with the aggrivation and problems.  A new unit, which I thought and expected to recieve, is about $10,000.  This mega-rich company has stolen that amount from me.
