We called Pumpwarehouse and left a message. He called us back and ensured that he had the product and that we was going to ship it to us. He charged the credit card and took our UPS account number he promised us that he would send it next day air. We are still waiting. We have left tons of messages sent emails and we have not seen a pump. DON'T GO THRU THIS GUY HE IS GOING TO RIP YOU OFF. I spoke with his Aunt she informed me that he's been doing this for at least 6 years. I called the better business beauro and they informed me that he has 18 complaints pending upon him right now. I have called the District Attorney's Office and they informed me that I am one of many.
