PUPPYFIND.COM Chelle Hochstetler, Anne Brown, Missy Castor the list goes on with alias SCAMMED BY PUPPYFIND.COM Multiple States Internet

AVOID THIS SITE COMPLETELY. There might be some reputable breeders on this site however it is not worth the risk. I contacted a breeder calling herself "Missy Castor" in Ohio back in January 2015 to purchase a morkie puppy. She would only communicate via email. I agreed to purchase a puppy and meet her in York PA to pick up and pay. I like the fact that she didnt ask for money upfront or credit card. She said you dont pay until "I am standing in front of you with the puppy". However, she doesn't show up. She sends a van in a Silver/gray minivan with tag no. HJM4198. She only accepts cash and collects sales tax (which I am sure she is not paying). Even though she did not come, I gave the man the envelope and took the puppy (felt like a drug deal). Three days later our puppy became very sick. Took to the vet, he had Guardia (parasite infection) and Parvo virus. I contacted the breeder, and she denied selling a sick puppy and in fact blame us. I told her that maybe the cages in the van were contaminated and she should address this with the scruffy man in the silver van. She didnt care about the puppy but instead got mad because I called the man scruffy. Harsh emails and threats were exchange and long story short, she did not honor the "health guarantee" which was just a useless piece of paper given in an envelope during the puppy exchange with a sandwich bag of food. Both worthless.

I contacted PUPPYFIND.COM and they do nothing.  They harbor and protect these scammers. I wait six months and found the same picture used for our puppy listed with another breeder on PUPPYFIND.COM. I contacted her now going by the name "CHELLE HOCHSTETLER" and agreed to purchase the puppy. Again meet in YORK PA for pick up. Again said she would be delivering and sent same scruffy man in silver van (whose number is 585-307-6676). We conducted a sting and sat and watched. We were scheduled to pick up at 1 pm; at 1:10 man in van began calling our cell demanding "where are you" "I am here can't wait".  At 1:30 pm another vehicle pulled up and the man got out of van and handed off another puppy to a poor unsuspected family in a Black Nissan with 2 little girls. I felt so bad for them and wanted to warned them but too late. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED. THEY OPERATE IN MULTI-STATE WITH MANY ALIASES.

To protect yourself, avoid PUPPYFIND.COM and all internet breeders. If you can't go and see the puppy, DON"T BUY IT. I list the telephone numbers given by this breeder 814-516-4153 and 814-558-8371.  I have hired a PI and have called the IRS.  I have also contacted the Attorney General Offices in Maryland, PA, NY and Ohio. I have also contacted the Sales Tax Division of each of these States too. I will do everything in my power to shut these people down and implore you not to be scammed by these people like myself.  They are heartless and don't care about the puppies they are selling and the emotional distress they inflict on innoence people with good intentions.  If you would like to email me about this, please do: vinnydorkie@gmail.com.
