 I just talked to some one at this company and the phone number is valid and working, check your dialing techniques. I got all information necessary to return the produce and how to return it. Good coustomer service. Also if you buy on a trial basis (like you just pay shipping) you need to call and cancel within a week of receiving the product or they will send you more. That’s with anything you buy and plan to just pay shipping, if you don’t call and cancel you automatically get more. I am giving this advice because I learned the hard way.
