Pure CBD Would not allow me to cancel subscription Las Vegas Nevada

I called in to cancel subscription which I was supposed to be able to do.  The first call resulted in a a man hanging up on me.  I immediately called back in and was told I would need to send in the bottles in order to cancel.  I told them I would do that but I need to cancel because I cannot afford their product and I wanted to try it out.  She refused to cancel my subscription and told me that I will be charged monthly unless I return and they receive by Jan 26.2018 I am going to return bottles tomorrow morning but wanted to file a report.  Once you order the "trial" it is very difficult to deal with these people.
