I ordered the free trial as well for 4.95, and didn't receive my bottle until like almost a week later. I was then charged the 89.95. When I called to complain the guy tried to upgrade my account to VIP after I told him I wanted it canceled. Then he told me I didn't not give it long enough to work. I then requested to cancel the account I didn't know I had, and wanted my money back when he advised me that it was a 12 day period.Hung on me when I started to complain about the price and trial time.

Pure Pro Garcinia aka Pure Garcinia Cambogia, aka Pur Garcinia Cambogia, 2 web sites the company offered 2 separate calls mygarciniacambogiahealth.com; slimdownwithgarcinia.com, both fake. On Pintrest, ad pop up free pay shipping Dec took $177.90 out called immediate had to cancel offered full refund with return of bottles. Returned given web page to check status said email on way once bottles received give 30 days for refund to show. 2nd call no refund, so with supervised givin another web to check promised email confirming I cancelled returned and receive full refund. Email (no reply accepted) only stated cancelled order. Stated Managers will review and get me my refund St. Petersburg Florida

For the trial, they sent the 60% HCA. After the trial, they sent the 50% HCA the does not work. Not for me. When I called them, they told me it was only mislabeled but it is a 60% HCA. Bio Nutra in Santa Ana, Ca. I ordered a sample bottle of Pure Garcinia Cambogia and a sample bottle of Mango Cleanse which the charge was $4.50 for postage. I did not order anything else for Bio Nutra and the sample offer did not say that I had to keep receiving their product every month. I received my sample bottles but also for the past two months the company has sent me a bottle of each product mentioned and charged my credit card without my permission and without me ordering any more product. I'd do not want to continue receiving their products and I want my credit card credited for the past two months that they charged me. So this would mean taking two bottles of the Pure Garcinia Cambogia and two bottles of the Mango Cleanse off of the credit card they have on file for me. I have tried calling the phone number on the bottle several times and I do not get through. Is there any kind of help that I can get? Santa Ana California
