Pure Life Green Coffee ExtractGarcinia Cambogia Extract Advertised for a FREE trial bottle and I just needed to pay about $7 to $6 for shipping for both bottles. Then took 7 days to reach me but they charged my debit card $180 2 weeks later from my purchase date without my consent, for the bottles I was under the assumption were FREE trial bottles, but really I only had 14 day trial, including 7 days I didn't have my product while being shipped to me. Fake phone number on one bottle to Univ. Of Rockies, fake website that was hard to find after purchase. Rude and unhelpful employees that denied my request to speak to a manager. To get my refund I need to mail bottles back, pay for shipping, and $14 restocking fee for each. Tampa Internet

I ordered 2 bottles, one Green Coffee Extract and one Garcinia Cambogia Extract that were advertised as FREE trial bottles. I paid $7 for shipping and $6 for shipping on the other bottle. It took almost 7 days to reach me through their shipping. 2 weeks after my purchase date, they unknowingly charged my bed it card for $180, almost $90 for each bottle. When I called the number on one bottle it was a false number that connected me to the Univ. of Rockies, which was really strange. Then the number on the other bottle actually worked and the 2 employees I spoke with were rude, incompetent, and unhelpful. They said in the terms and conditions that I only paid for a 14 day trial bottle, even though they originally sent me 30 day supply, and after the 14 days from my purchase date, not that date I actually received the product, that I would be charged $85 for each bottle and enrolled in autoshipment. When I expressed that I didn't want that and I was under the assumption the bottles were free, because that was what was advertised, they denied it. When I told them I didn't even get my product until 7 days after I purchased it, they said I should have called to extend my 14 day trial, but how was I supposed to know to do that when it wasn't anywhere on the website when I made my purchase? So technically I should still have another 7 days to my 14 day trial if it starts once I actually have the product and can physically start using it. When I spoke to the supervisor Lynn Martinez she was extremely unhelpful and denied my request to speak to her manager or someone above her, stating that no one was available and she would not let me wait on hold until someone else could talk to me. Very unprofessional. The only option they gave me to get my money back was to ship back the bottles, I pay for shipping, and wait 3 to 5 days until they received the package and then they would return my $180 but I would still be charged $14 restocking fee for each bottle. I am thoroughly shocked and angry that a phony company like Pure Life can rip me off so easily with false advertising, incompetent employees, and saving my debit card information to charge me later without my knowledge. Something must be done! They can't get away with this and continue to do this to other unknowing customers. After I got off the phone I finally found their website in which I purchased the bottles, after a harder than it should be search for it, and I took a screens hot of their FREE trial bottle adcertising. I also read through all of the terms and conditions on the website and it never said anything about a 14 day trial or about being charged so much after that trial period was over. They also did not have a physical address on the website, so how do i know ehere to return my product? The phone number on the website just went to voicemail, and there was no reachable email address on the website, I had to go back into my old emails they sent me when I first purchase the product. I want my full refund and all of my money back. I will never use any service like this again.
