Pure Talk Usa zero consumer confidence internet

     I have had Pure talk for a year.  I too was drawn in by their no contract and cheap costs, however beware! they do not care about you at all!

     today 12/15/2013 a sunday in wintery ct i had a text from pure talk telling me my electronic billing did not go through.  I was stunned so i checked my account and had plenty of money to pay my bill.  I called them and they put my debit number back in and rebilled and was told that my debit card is rejected because its not valid.

     this is an obvious mix up on the part of my bank because i have no issue with my debit card and did not cancel it and used it earlier today.   So i told them this and they didnt give a rats a$$.  Since it is a sunday i cant rectify the situation at all and they are going to cancel my phone tonight.  they wouldnt even give me one day to fix the issue!

     so guess what me, my two friends, and my boyfriend are all going to cancel with them and find another phone company to deal with.  i pay my bills and they cant even be bothered to give someone one day to make a call to clarify a billing mistake!  if it was a different day than sunday i could fix the issue but i cannot due to bankers hours!  everyone knows the banks are closed on a sunday and i cant even be given one dam day to find out what nonsense went on at my bank!

     so now i will treat them the way they have treated me and i will not give them one goddamed day to fix my perception of them.  i will talk bad about this company from now until the rest of my days just like i talk bad about citigroup credit cards and encourage all to drop these jerks!  there is another company that has cheap phone service and i will have to remember the name and get them again.

     not only that they claim they use att's  network, if that is true i would love to know the reason why i have to stand in front of my picture window when i am in my house just to make a phonecall!  the network sucks but i kept them because they are cheap well i will tolderate bad network as long as i can use the phone most of the time and not be forced into a contract, and i will tolerate the bad service if its cheap enough.

     The one thing i will never tolerate is  being treated so poorly and made to feel like i cannot be trusted by anybody least of all a bunch of a$$holes that dont even know me!
