Pure youth solutions Took money from my checking account & I don't even know how they obtained the info. In a online survey I put my address for a free trial & a few days later $99 was gone from my account. When I got a chance to call & ask how they got my information I was ask did I read the disclaimer & told it was to late to send it back. I would love to know how the got my checking info!!!! I received pure youth solutions from doing a on line survey. When doing these surveys I NEVER give my checking or any kind of account information. If it ask for this info I exit the survey. 

 I unexpectingly received a bottle of this youth solution in the mail one day. The paper in the package said nothing about needing to return it in 14 days or anything about being charged. 

 A few days later I check my bank account only to find that they have took $99 from my account. 

When I had the chance to contact them I ask "how did you get my checking information"? all the lady replied was "did you read our disclaimer? 

"No I didn't because when I'm ask for that information, I don't give it"! I exit the survey. No need to read it if I'm not going through with the order. 

They refuse to allow me to return the unopened box/product because it has been more than 14 days. 

Im upset the took money from my account & don't have the common courtisy to even explain to me how they got that infomatoin or allow me to return it & reimburse the $99.
