Responded to "TRAIL OFFER" for 30 day supply of 1) Vitamin supplement, and 2) GARCINA supplement. Paid $5.87 and $4.95 for "Trail Offer" (30 day supply). This order was placed January 7, 2018.
Attempted to cancel BEFORE the "Trail Period" ended, but they do not respond to calls on weekend ... "Call back during 'NORMAL' business hours, MONDAY through FRIDAY."
Called back on NEXT business day (MONDAY January 22) to be told that I had 14 days to cancel my subscription. Monday was day 15 and they charged my Credit Card $86.41.
Notified my Credit Card company of UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. Will contact US POSTAL SERVICE next, as this was processed through US MAIL.
