I ordered the trial package of PureBody Elite for $4.95. Than they used my debit card and took another $87.00 out of my

account. After I got the trial offer I called and canceled. My bank gave me back my money and than they took it back. PurebodyElite gave my bank the UPS tracking number that was actually uaed on my trial offer. When I called PurebodyElite they yelled at me and told me that I had not cancelled.

 

I have never been so mad at the rude customer service I have ever had. All he kept saying is that they did ship another package never received it. Everytime I tried to say something he just interrupted me. The guy couldn't even speak english. I would never refer anyone as they are a scam and will lie to get what they want. I had to get a new debit card.

I downloaded all the information and printed it. Low and behold I am charged by two (2) different phone numbers and states. The states are NM and AZ.
