I ordered canvases from using a Groupon. 3 of the 4 came out great although it took over 3 weeks to get them but the 4th was printed incorrectly. I tried to call customer service. They do not answer their phones and do not allow you to leave a message.

So I sent an e-mail requesting a re-print. It took 3 e-mails and several days before I received a response. They said that the mis-print was my error (NO WAY!) and that I would have to pay for a new canvas and pay for shipping again. I replied that this was not acceptable. I have not received an answer back to that yet - and it's been another 2 weeks. Many more e-mails, still no response.

Their web site says 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but this is NOT what I've experienced.
