purecanvas.com Pure Canvas Never received product or refundds West Palm Beach Florida

ordered a photo print via a Groupon on 11/04 through purecanvas.com. The website said that the order should arrive within 10 days, but that it could take upto 14 days. It has now been nearly two months and I still have not received anything.

I contacted their customer service and received a response from 'Stephen' via email on 11/21/14 stating that the order should be sent the following week, even though it was already late. I followed up a week later, and received no response. I then submitted another ticket through their 'contact us' portion of their website. I still have not received a response to either my 2nd or 3rd attempt at contacting the seller.

According to another report filed on this site, the company sent an email to all of the affected customers stating that they would get refunded because of issues and I certainly never received an email of this nature, nor did I receive a refund.  I am not well off, which is why I needed the groupon in the first place, and my girlfriend still has not received her birthday present nearly 3 months later.

If this report is not responded to in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to see legal action against the company.
