When I clicked on the product to order (Puracell) and thought I was done ordering the sample, another item popped up and apparently attaches itself to the primary order. It said, "Only pay shipping", and I thought $4.95 was enough to pay to try the one product only.

I received the Purecell a few days later, then about a week or 2 weeks later, I received another sample of Dermasoft. This, I thought was the second item that popped up when I placed the original order.

That was 3 days ago. Then I see 2 charges on my bank statement for $89.95 each. I calld my bank to stop further charges and try to ge them reversed. My bank was able to stop further charges but said I needed to call the companies!.

I called the # for the Purecell and whn I told them I wanted to cancel - not knowing I was enrolled in recurring charges and I wanted to be refunded, they said, "That's not going to happen". They said the trial starts the day you order, and if you don't cancel with 14 days they can charge you the $89.95 and no refunds. They cancelled furher shipments but would not refund me anything.

I then called the "second company", and was told even though I just received the second sample a few days ago, the trial starts the day I supposedly ordered it. I complained so much about the charges and the fact that sent it so much later, how would I know I had to cancel this. The disclaimer info it so faded on the website and written small and in light gray you can hardly see it!

I was finally reimbursed (or so I was told) $31.48 since it arrived late! Arrived late - I didn't even know I ordered 2 different products.

The call center people were rude, and treated me like - "sorry you screwed up". I felt cheated and scammed. When I went back to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, I tried to print them but I couldn't. There is so much legal jargon that it looks like whoever owns it knew they were going screw people over and covered themselvs real good!

DermaSoft.com is NOT Skin Restore or Purecell - They are fake DermSoft products with fake Dermasoft labels. Internet

AUTHOR: Natural Health Spa - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 09, 2016

DERMASOFT.COM (the real DermaSoft Dermatology) is NOT associated in any way with "Skin Restore" or "PureCell Eye Therapy" which are Hydroderm company Free Trial scams sold online with deceptive pop-up ads, phony beauty reviews and fake websites that say "Try DermaSoft", DermSaoft Free Trial, Rush Free Trial, Pay 4.95 Shipping Only. Write a dispute to your card company immediately!

Dermasoft Dermatology does not make Skin Restore or PureCell, they are fake products with fake Dermasoft labels. They have NO Free Trials. They also never auto-ship or auto-bill.

Dermasoft does not sell those products which are cheap imitations sold with tricky popup ads, fake reviews and fake websites all over the internet from the scam company that sells Hydroderm, Dermagen, Dermalift, Tru Derma, Derma Serum, Dermapure, Dermallure, Alluracell, SkinRevive, Dermaluxe, DermaRose, Dermavie, Duaderma, Alvena, Truvaderm, Rejuviderme, Nuvoderm, MiraVie, etc.

If you bought from an ad or website that says FREE TRIAL, EXCLUSIVE TRIAL, DERMASOFT TRIAL, TRY DERMASOFT, PURECELL FREE TRIAL or PAY SHIPPING ONLY, you will have a recurring charge for an imitation Dermasoft Dermatology product with a fake label!

If you already have a recurring charge or have been charged for an imitation Dermasoft product, you must contact the Hydroderm company vendor at one of their many 800 numbers: 1-888-454-9750, 888-244-2153, 1-866-710-5109, 1-888-552-3684, 888-610-0751, or call your card company and get the billing phone number and write the dispute ASAP.

or contact service@orderprocess.net or support@HydroRestoreantiaging.com , admin@trydermasoft.com PO Box 25380, Santa Ana, CA 92799 (Phone# 925-524-5319 and 888-454-9750 - Hydroderm Skin Club)

For the Purecell Free Trial Scam, try 888-610-0751 and admin@purecellskin.com - although all of these fake products are all the same Hydroderm company scam using dozens of call center 800 numbers to deceive customers, with the fake products coming from the same product fulfillment centers.
