Purrfect Auto Service on Eastern in Henderson, NV left a container of oil on my engine after performing an oil change. They punctured the container when they closed the hood of my car causing oil to leak all over the engine of my 6 month old car and onto the floor of my garage.
I now must pay to have my engine cleaned to prevent any further damage the oil leak might cause. I will never return to a Purrfect Auto shop and I am warning everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. This error clearly states that Purrfect Auto does not care about the quality of their work nor the vehicles of their customers.

I've been closely involved with the Eastern location for over 3 years now and I'd like to take this moment and apologize for leaving a container under you hood. We normally don't use any containers, but as you know we're all humans and we make mistakes. Our facility does over 120 oil changes every week and we're no machines. We make mistakes. I'm sure that if you gave us a second chance we would win your business back.

i work for a new shop in calif we are not rip off artis we work for are self no other purrfet auto shop if they rip off a customer. it does not mean all shops do. i want a customer happy and he or she will come back for other service.but if i rip them off they will never come back to see me. some shops will rip you off and give the other shops a bad name and that ant right
