Words of advice. Do not send a dime to this person or company. We signed a lease for a long term rental in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. Long story short, we paid Mark, Frank or whatever his real name is First month, Last month and Security Deposit for the rental. He only delivered the last month's deposit to the owner and never paid the First month's rent. We only found out after the owner contacted us directly and asked us for the rent. In the process of the transactions, Mark also owes me $30k pesos for an additional overpayment that he refuses to return. 

He gives excuses after execuses when he will pay the money and never pays. I have filed fraud charges against him for international wire fraud and am awaiting results....of which I will probably never see......But dont be fooled. He will take your money and leave you stranded.
