received a check for 3896.00 drawn on wachovia bank, with instructions to cash this check and send the amount of 2988.10 by western union.this was for govt.service tax and insurance.


once this was done i would receive the really big prize (125,000.00) from publishers clearing house. i was to contact carolyn williams at 1-647-862-3054 and she would  tell me what to do.


if it seem's to good it probably is this is a scam!!
