Received a letter post stamped Canada by company P&V Services Inc. New York with a claim number and a printed check - P&V claims to be contacted by the Publisher's Clearing House to find the winners of a grand prize of $ 125,000.00 dollar - and if you will be so kind to transport on a check the amount of 3930.00 dollar to pay the tax involved with this price - with a very clear notice that it will be on order of you but the recipient is completely unclear - all ready the fact that one does not spent any money on there stationary gives away that it is a scam - the real filth behind it is that it was send to an elderly person - the persons who are involved with this do not earn the light in there eyes.
