 We did not send western union money. We wanted to pay in cash when we pick up the puppy from this breeder. He was in contact w/ us & responded promptly. Sent us pictures of the puppy. We stopped hearing from him once we would not send the money via western union. Clearly he was going to rip us off had we sent him the money. The address is an apartment building. 1 who breeds chihuahua puppies in an apartment. 2 they claim this apartment is their show room or something like that. So we were supposed to western union money on good faith. He is not responding to us on arrangements to pickup the puppy & pay for her w/ cash. Clearly a scam because the website says she's still available!! So heartbroken that this puppy which we wanted is probably not even real!! Please catch this awful rip off artist!!
