QQtube QQTUBE TRYING TO SCAM $1000 FROM ME Internet

I have over $1000 in unused balance remaining in their panel, requested to get a refund 6 days ago, due to their services not working anymore. Their services had been having some issues for a while now so decided enough was enough. I was told over skype that I would receive paypal refund within 48 hours, then on the support ticket i was told by the same support staff that "Your refund request has been received and has been forwarded to our payment processing personnel. We will let you know if there are any issues with the refund request.". So far still have not been refunded. The last payment i made to them($1k) doesn't fully cover the balance left on my account, but I was willing to accept that as a refund, but so far they have refused to refund me and are now ignoring me. I guess they had no intention of refunding me in the first place or purposely delay refunds through a web of excuses so some of their customers eventually forget about it. Niether it is not acceptable, DO NOT buy from these guys. Once there are issues and you want what is left of your balance refunded to your paypal they wont refund it.
