Is it me, or does that small transparent plastic cover on the upper left hand corner of the Qualcomm MCP110 look like it has a camera lens in it? I covered it with gum and suddenly I am fired from my job as a truck driver for no apparent reason (won't discuss the details).
Call me crazy, but I did some research and found the following statement at a government website: "Another system is integrated with video cameras and an on-board data recorder to wirelessly transmit vehicle data, as well as event information outside of the vehicle."
Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety and Security Systems Technology Also, strangely enough, when I tried to post my concerns at two so-called trucker's forums, i.e. thetruckersreport.com and truckingboards.com both websites removed my post!!!

Guinea pig test

Guinea pig test
Another thing. why is it these companies dont give us the manual to the qualcomm? they furnish the truck manul , and their truck company policies . but they do not furnish the qualcomm maunals. and if qualcomm is running secret surveillance within the qualcomm they are not going to include it into the manul.
for example: when has the united states or uncle sam , big brother ect. ever told you the real truth. these qualcomms come from military background. we are just the guinea pigs of all guinea pigs. behind this test.
I dont care what anyone believes but i know there is a hidden agenda behind these qualcomms other than having a faster way of communication. and i am sure that the trucking company that first started using this qualcomm is the leading guinea pig company out there. they are the ones getting the biggest discount behind the mobile eye, qualcomm, and any other device for the road dealing with the drivers and trucking.
ths is real just like alot of ofther things in life are real . we only see the media side. not the truth

I understand

Over time i've noticed change in this qualcomm. I have a brand new qualcomm and i put lipgloss on that clear button on the upper left hand corner becacuse it seemed very strange compared to all the other buttons that were not transparent. every since i put lipgloss on that button . all my qualcomm does is reset as if, what another person is trying to view is not coming through.
there is one company that might be using drivers as guinee pigs. i truly believe it is a camera behind that transparent clear button. and the qualcomm can do remote assistance as well. my mouse courser moves contiuously and the company i work for says they cannot do manual remote assistance by taking control of the computer . which i know is a lie and i am not paranoid . my brand new qualcomm keyboard does not work . so i have to use the screen keyboard and they can see me type my login password in and everything . there is servailance on that qualocomm that only the creator would know about and the major company that supports it (this is how big companies get major discounts for software and hardware) . its a guinee pig test. so now i call in to do most of my load information by phone. i only use it for my drive time . and i keep a thick piece a lipgloss on that lense. and i always play loud music.
no one has even routed me to a terminal to have it looked at. they know i have covered up that lense. people say oh its just your black box. you need a new black box. your qualcomm is fine . well tell me why the qualcomm resets blacks out prompts back up very fast. and flicker all lights like its trying to get something to work tht is not working . and im sure it would not keep trying to do that for a keyboard.

As the original poster I have been trying to tell people the same thing for years. So you folks can check all the manuals that you want to but your not going to convince me.As for anyone posting a rebuttal from any trucking forum well that is a big joke.Trucking forums are not for truckers they are for trucking companies to learn how to control drivers or get rid of them.
So you can believe what you want but some of us know the truth.
I wish everyone nothing but the best and God Bless.

If this guy is for real realize that some State may have actually issued him a valid Commercial Drivers license and he may be driving through your town today.

I went to the Qualcomm website and read all 210 pages of their installation, use and trouble shooting manual.
I also checked lead designations on the wiring harnesses.....there is NO camera anywhere in the system.
Here's a link to the manual at Qualcomm.
