Quality Auto Sound quality auto sound doesnt give quality work or customer service. Lakewood Colorado

Quality auto sound installed a car stereo for me and when i drove off and started listing to the changes the whole left side of my cars speakers didnt have any sound coming from them so i went back and the agent said i blew the speakers. then i explained to him the speakers were not blown ,in fact the wiring has to be corrected to get the left speakers working. they didnt work when i drove away.

then i went back the following monday and explained to the guy that talked to some other people who stated my speakers shouldnt be blown just the left side and the rep with quality auto sound said he could not get me in that day but come back tommorrow and i help you. so i did and when i got to the store they tryed to sell me speakers for my left side. i again explained to him it is not the speakers it is the wiring to my speakers. i didnt want to purchase any more equipment from them since the first product i bought didnt work. i explained that i wanted to get my radio working first, then if that wasnt the problem we could then get speakers. the rep was saying that they were not going to look at the problem with my radio first. then the rep had the tech look at my speakers to say that everything was wired cortrectly so i left without my radio working and with no new speakers.

now i went to a diff vender and he stated to me after looking at it for free that the actuall deck that was installed was a defective and stated that i should again return to the store to get it replaced which i did .then the reps stated that one, because i blew the speakers i would need to get those replace two that since i took my unit to a different location / vendor that i broke my service contract, and three i had taken my stereo into them on the other ocassion and walked out with my unit not working and not working to this day.
