Quality RV in Linn Creek, MO.  Incompetent, unprofessional, careless, and rude.

You would think that a family business would take pride in their job and certainly know that what comes around goes around. So you would think. I had to return my brand new camper due to multiple issues.  The service department kept coming up with excuses as to why it took them so long to get it fixed. It gets better...Two of their incompetent service techs actually found a way to back my camper into another customer's camper causing noticeable damage to both campers. Nobody at Quality RV apologized or offered me anything.  I told them to fix it.

Little did I know that Quality RV would need to have my camper for 2 1/2 months to fix their own careless mistakes on my brand new camper.  Their first attempt at fixing it was so careless and such bad quality that surely they couldn't expect a customer to be ok with it.

After waiting for my brand new camper for 2 1/2 months and being very nice and patient, I finally grew incredibly frustrated and complained to the Sales Manager, Jim Noble, who said "What do you want me to do"?  Owner, Mike Hill, would not even talk to me.

As I was taking pictures of the sloppy job done to my camper, I was actually told to leave or Quality RV would call the cops on me by Jim Noble...really??? Owner, Kristen Noble, actually said "You could have been using it this whole time". Sure, let me take my banged up, damaged brand new camper with multiple flaws out.  What a joke this place is!!!

Charlie Hill, another owner, calls me and says that my camper has finally been fixed right (after waiting 2 1/2 months). He said he had personally inspected it and asked me if he needed to have the cops present when I pick it up...really??? What's wrong with this guy???

How does this place stay in business the way they screw customers over and treat them like dirt in an attempt to cover Quality RV's incompetence and complete lack of people skills and business sense.  When my brand new camper was finally done, according to Charlie Hill, I picked it up and it was dirty inside and out.

After several tries, they had gotten most things fixed but not all.  This was revealed when I took it in for an inspection at another local dealership.  Nobody at Quality RV ever said "I apologize for the inconvenience, thanks for your business", or even "I appreciate your patience", but Sales Manager sure was quick to point out that he would not take it back and reverse the sale.

If you live in Central or Southern Missouri and need an RV, go to Camping World in Strafford or Reliable RV in Springfield and dont even bother with Quality RV. Quality RV is a joke and their owners and sales manager are rude and unpleasant and do not understand the value of customer satisfaction. Oh, and dont complain, or they will threaten to call the cops on you.  What a joke!!! Also, dont take your camper there for winterization.  Mine was supposed to be winterized, but that was never done.

Wonder if a complaint with BBB should be filed...

I wonder if I really need to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order for Quality RV to treat a CUSTOMER right and more importantly...learn to treat future CUSTOMERS right...

Still a CUSTOMER who has been treated wrong

As a CUSTOMER, I must again highly advise other CUSTOMERS to take their business elsewhere based on my personal CUSTOMER experiences.  I would recommend Camping World in Strafford, MO or Reliable RV in Springfield, MO.  You never know what you are going to get and what you might have to deal with if you order a new RV for delivery at "Below Average" Quality RV in Linn Creek, MO.

Hello. This negative review that we've recieved is a former disgruntled employee. He has mad a few fake accounts and is trying to slander us all over the internet. We are a family owned dealership with amazing prices and sell all over the country due to our pricing and customer service. You can't make everyone happy in business, but we sure try. Don't be mislead by this bitter person that has nothing better to do with his time.
