We dealt with this company for approximately 45 days. They indicated an interest in funding our transaction immediately. We continued in good faith to provide clarification and documentattion for their forthcoming letter of commitment. They asked for due diligence fees and we complied. 30 days in and the underwriter asked me for the address of the property. Duh! They had an appraisal. Towards the end, after they had the money for 2 weeks, we received our letter with conditions that the due diligence was to pay for. The return e-mails and phone calls came to an abrupt halt and the consumer lost his deal and so far, the money. These people are not that sharp. They work out of a house and lie alot. Beware. They say they are the lender and it's their money, yet they just failed to follow through or continue communications.

Quest's redemption
AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, June 23, 2009
I filed these statements after much frustration concerning this transaction. As it turns out, Quest's actions or inactions were due to an annual slowdown during the holidays. They picked it back up in early January and were at a point of completing this deal. The fact is, we needed to update certain information and my client failed to comply. This failure to comply, on the borrower's part is the reason we failed to finish this transaction. In this case Quest is redeemed in my Rolodex.
