Quest Capital Funding Quest Capital Did not deliver on Loan Modification Tarzana, California

Last October, I paid $2,000.00 to Quest Capital Direct (also calls themselves Quest Capital) for a home loan modification.  They did nothing to help me.  Each time I asked what they were doing, I was told their attorneys were working hard with my mortgage co. to get my best deal.  They told me not to contact my mortgage company or I would mess up their negotiations. 

I did contact my mortgage co. and found they had not been working with them.  They encouraged me to stop making my mortgage payments and to file for bankruptcy.  I had not missed any of my mortgage payments and did not want to stop. 

When I signed their ratty-paged contract I was told that I would not be placing any of my money at risk; and I could get a full refund if at any time I was not satisfied with their service.  Once I found they were doing nothing on my case, after telling me they had; I sent a registered letter requesting a refund.  They did not refund my money.

After reporting this to my credit card co and the BBB, Quest Capital Direct made up 3 letters that they stated they had sent to me. They said they said they had to close my account because I was not cooperating with them.  Lies flow easily from them in efforts to cover up their scamming me, along with several others that have also been ripped off by them.
