It was my understanding that with quibids the bid price was added to the item won. When I signed up and they wanted my credit card info I figured it was so they could charge my card once I Won an item. when completing all my info there was no notice that my acct would be charged $60.

I began to bid on a few items and on everyone as soon as i bid i was immediately out bid, that seems to me that they are computer generated bidders so they can take consumers money and give nothing in return. a few min into it i got a text from my bank acct telling me it was overdrawn. looking at my acct i saw they charged me $60. I began to look for a customer service phone number and there was none listed, the only option was to email my complaint.  I am not worried about the $12 difference, its the principle of the situation

I then filed a complaint on with the BBB. About an hour later i receive an email telling me that $48 out of the $60 would be refunded. Unacceptable, I am going to continue to file more complaints with the BBB until this is resolved or they have an F rating.

Who in their right mind would pay 60 cents to bid 1 cent higher than the previous bidder? In the end you will end up  paying as much if not more than you would pay anywhere else. That is if you are able to win the item.

I AM ASKING ANYONE THAT HAS HAD AN ISSUE WITH QUIBIDS TO HELP ME AND KEEP FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB.

We need to do our part to help others that look into quibids. The more complaints that are filed the higher in the search engine they will be seen.

Please help me make the top results in any search engine a complaint about quibids

I'm sorry for your experience, however it seems there was some confusion on how we operate.  We operate on a 'pay to participate' business model. So in order to participate on our site, one has to purchase bids first.  This is thoroughly explain all throughout our site and in our QuiBids101. We also plainly state on the checkout page 3 times that you're paying $60 for bids.  We do not allow participants to bid, then pay.

Per our Terms & Conditions, we refund any unused bids, however we do not refund used bids.  Please read through and understand the terms.

We pride ourselves in our ethical business practices and have been accredited by the BBB since September of 2010. Should you have any other questions, feel free to contact our support.  We'll be more than happy to address your issue.
