In March, I noticed charges of $38.95 posted for 6 months from HCP Healthcare, who I called and they eventually refunded these charges. On further review of my credit bill, I noticed a charge for $59.78 for QX Phone card. I reviewed my old credit card bills and noticed there were six such charges. I called the toll free number(800-385-1968). The representative told me that I had ordered this calling card, which was not true. He said that he could credit my most recent payment, but would have to investigate the account. He said the the tape recording of the conversation would have to be reviewed before determining if I would receive a refund for the other 5 charges.
On April 19th I called the company and was told that the charges were investigated and I would receive a total refund from QX-Phone Card. On my next credit card bill, there was no refund. I called again on May 13th and was told that I had received full credit but it had not yet been posted and I would appear on the next billing cycle of my credit card. No refund appeared on my next credit card bill. I called QXT today a was told that they are involved in a law suit and that no refunds would be issued for an indefinite time until the law suit is resolved. The rep told me to write to the Customer Relations Dept, but I doubt that this will help or get my money back.
Is there anything else that can be done?
Also, my wife had purchase a product from Wellquest of NY. The following day, there was a charge on my credit card of $1.00 from QXT Telecommunications. Is this a coincidence?

They are the same Company

I worked at this company. They are the same company. What happens is you order something off the television and they end up sending you all this other stuff that you didn't ask for including that phone card. They also go by Tony Hoffman Productions. They are in Newbury Park, CA. They have had many lawsuits and fines and continue to operate. When I stopped working there I reported them to the FTC.
