After completing a delayed roofing job, I asked about replacing some house trim and painting soffit and facia. The price we agreed upon I paid in full as he would do it after the weekend. It has now been a year later and aftr numerous calls has and does not intend to do it. Mr Ricky Monroe is unethical and a thief who does not want to return my money. think before using.
