Purchased furniture from Rooms to go, finance through RAC Acceptance.  I was given 90 days top pay off bill.  Furniture delivered in Dec 2014 the loveseat has a flaw and the legs were put on wrong.  Tech was scheduled Jan5.  I called RTG/RAC to let them know that my furniture was flawed so technically furniture was not correct and I should receive an extension  to the 90 days.  Now no one work together as a team.  It is now 2 separate entities and I can not get any satisfaction.  RTG has nothing to do with RAC and vice versa.  My thought is why are you in the same bldg then?  And when you purchase they give you the option like they work together. I was told by RAC (SHY) that if I decided to cancel I am still committed to 4 months to pay for the furniture even when I send it back I get nothing . So after hearing this and no help or service.  RAC never told me that benefit plus and waiver fees were added to my account balance...I did not ask for this!  So after hearing this and no help or service. I waited for rooms to go to tell me when I will receive my new loveseat, a whole month passed and I called them.  They (RTG)had not ordered my loveseat or looked into the issue since Jan 5 when the tech visited and gave report.  So they told me I had to come in to order something diff as the item is no longer in stock, meaning new livingroom set.  When I said I dont see anything I like and I am growing to not like the set I chose because it is flawed.  The CSR decided to call for piece to be released (february) I received yet another flawed loveseat even worst than the loveseat before Leaterh rougher and crinkled up.  Of course I am pissed off as I have not been able to entertain in living room since last year.  I thought they would take inconsideration that the furniture has a flaw and they ignored ordering my new loveseat until I called them about the issue.  I just need an extenison until they get the problem retified.
