RadiaLabs Radialabs charged credit card over $80.00 for a "Free Trial" product that was never delivered! Internet
*Author of original report: Radialabs makes it right
RadiaLabs advertised a 30 day Free Trial of their wrinkle reducing facial cream for the $3.95 cost of handling and shipping. They not only charged the shipping and handling to my credit card, but without notice or authorization went on to charge a further $76.00 two weeks later! However, they did not ship any product whatsoever; so of course I was unable to return the product within 30 days and claim the refund they promised in their advertising. To date, there has been no response to my emails from the company and I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone!

Radialabs makes it right
AUTHOR: Sandberg - (Canada)
SUBMITTED: Monday, February 28, 2011
Today, February 28th, 2011 I have finally received almost all amounts that Radialabs charged my credit card back. This was an arduous process involving a paper trail of 15 pieces of correspondence and the Credit Card Company had to become involved as well. Radialabs did respond to my emails finally and now all I am out of pocket is the initial shipping and handling charges and the $18.74 it cost me to return their product in a way that would include a "tracking number" to prove that I had sent it and that they had received it.
