I recieved my voucher some time ago and did not open the envelop until today. The wonderful vacation package was explicitly described by others already, so I will not repeat it again here.Although it said that I had to call within 72 hours after the voucher was sent to me for me to recieve the package, I still called to see what this was all about. (Since I just recently moved to a new address, I was pretty sure that not many knew my new address.

Therefore, I was also curious to find out how they found out about my new address.) Not knowing what was about to happen, I called the number provided on the voucher.
I listened to the guy reading what was included in the package, and on and on he went, I just had a feeling that if he was not a recorded message then he had to be reading some kind of script in front of him, and that alone was just weird.

Anyways, by the end of it, I said, well, it sounded like a wonderful package, and he was all enthusiastic when he heard me saying so as if he were the one going to the vacation. And he said "let's get you registered, which credit card would you like to use", and I replied "but I have some questions."

So I asked him "Obviously, I did not call within that 72 hours indicated on the voucher, how come I still get the deal?" He said, "oh, that doesn't matter, but once you call us, you will not be able to call again" Now, that again, is even more suspicious!

And I asked him more questions, and by the end of each answer he gave me, he said "so which credit card would you like to use?" But I just ignored him and kept on throwing him my questions. When I finally asked all my questions, I still refused to give out my credit card information. And it was then he transfered me to a "manager" who was probably the most unpleasant thing I have ever encountered.

This manager started off soft, but impatient...which made me wonder how she ever became a manager if this vacation thing was real. She kept on asking for my credit card number, but again, I ignored her and asked her some questions that I already asked the representative.

Finally, she could not hide anymore, and she was insulting me with things like: "this is the 4th time we go over this...", "how old are you? oh, that's why you don't get it...", "is there someone else I can speak to, who have more knowledge about travelling", and while insulting me, she did not forget to ask my credit card information at the same time, how hard-working?Finally, she kind of decided that she could not make me, and she said, "I don't make any money when just talking to you like this." ...really, what made her think that I care if a person like her makes money or not? and I hung up.

It was definitely the worst phone conversation I have ever had, and I decided to file this report to remind everyone once again (together with all the other reports against this vacation deal offered by Ramada Plaza Report & Imperial Majesty Cruise Line) that do not even bother to call them as this would not only give you a bad mood but also waste your precious time, which you could never retrieve. Also, if you do not call them, then you would not have the temptation to give them your credit card number.

And of course, always check online for things like this as I called before checking online and wasted more than one hour of my life. Other victims have probably lost more than I did, and I am sure that they would suggest the same.
