I purchased my package back in June 2006 (when I was 18 years old) was was never asked to verify my age. I still can't take the vacation since i'm still not 21!

Is there any way I might still be able to get my refund?

I've already made BOTH payments (the first 700 plus the second of 800 plus a $50 extension) and just now found out that I will never even be able to use the package.

Thanks for any suggestions!

JUST WONDERING.

THEY WOULD PROBABLY JUST WANTED TO SELL YOU A TIME SHARE WHICH YOU DO NOT WANT AND YOU DO NOT NEED AND WILL NEVER REALLY OWN BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH YOU ;PAY OFF THE MORTGAGE, YOU WILL STILL HAVE THE MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES ( JUST LIKE RENT) WHICH HAVE NO LIMIT ON HIGH THEY CAN GO --UNLIKE A LEASE!

YOU COULD TRY ASKING THEM FOR YOUR MONEY BACK AND THEN YOU CAN FILE A COMPLAIN WITH YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL \S CONSUMER FRAUD PROTECTION DIVISION.

DIDN'T IT OCCUR TO YOU IF THEY DIDN'T ASK YOUR AGE THAT THEY WOULD TAKE MONEY FROM ANYBODY AND MAYBE THEY WEREN'T ENTIRELY HONEST?

THESE GUYS USUALLY ONLY DEAL WITH MARRIED PEOPLE.

THERE'S SOMETHING NOT RIGHT ABOUT THIS DEAL.
