They will also tell you anything to GET YOUR MONEY and then KEEP IT! We were on the phone today for over three hours with 11 different and NO TWO persons told us the same thing. One lie after another to appease us! They switch you from one person to another person. Ft. Lauderdale Florida

We will called and you might say caught at a "weak moment" as I had never been on a cruise and it did sound like a "good deal". In addition, they added three "bonus destination trips" to the package -- one was a trip to Las Vegas where we planned to go in February of 2009. They talked SO RAPIDLY that even with taking notes it was VERY DIFFICULT to write everything down that was being said. My notes indicated there were also FREE MEALS, FREE SHOWS, FREE CAR RENTAL, etc. When we received our two packages in the mail from them there was NOTHING that reflected any of this conversation. Only the basic cruise was included in the information. There was a bonus getaway vacation brochure which we could have picked up at any travel agency. The notes we made of hotels in Las Vegas were NOT the hotels told to us on the phone today. Places we told them we DID NOT WANT to go like Williamsburg and Branson were places they told us on the phone today were where they had us going. We were NEVER told about additional charges, which one person also told us today needed to be paid before we could go anywhere. We were never given THE SAME ANSWER TWICE from any of the 11 "con artists" that we talked today. Thank goodness we were in our home and this conversation was not happening in Florida as we might have been there waiting on a ship. We asked on more than one occasion today for a "REFUND"! We were denied this. We have NOT used ANY of their services, nor have we made any reservations for any of their services (even though we tried in vain). This is an illegal act as far as we know and we will contact ALL state authorities in the States of Kansas and Florida. Our feelings were confirmed when we read reports from others who had similar experiences and were told lies and untruths just as we were. We definately believe that this is a "SCAM"!
