I would be glad to file a report about Ramada and the timeshare vacation packages they offer through the phone. Ramada is ethically a pathetic corporation who only care about making money and do not care about the horrible effects they cause for individuals who get sucked into their marketing scam. The company lies, cheats and steals money from their customers over and over again for their desire for profit.

I say this because they make claims about full refunds, the nature of the vacation and the package you order that are completely false. Then they use that false information to cheat you out of your own money.

I signed up thinking that i was going to receive a normal vacation but after learning about it online i quickly realized the entire company is a scam. My thoughts were verified when i called to cancel and receive my refund. Not only had they promised me a full refund in the first conversation, they never mentioned the horrible business practices the employees use. Not only was i denied a refund, but they accused me of lying about the refund policy. It was a 2 hour conversation about b.s. They offered to refund $500 immediately but it never happened.

No normal person wants to do business with a company that treats anyone like crap.

They loaded the vacation with a bunch of other things but the vacation itself is pathetic. The hotel is $50 a night, you spend half of your time going on mandatory tours or timeshare presentations and you are charged for many other things during the stay.

This is some of the worst business practices i have ever seen in my entire life.
Do not do business with this company. I'm currently applying for a refund.
