Ramanda Plaza Resorts acted out of ill faith, charged $798.00 to my credit/debit account before i finalized an ok to do so. Fort Lauderdale Florida

After the vacation package was explained to me, i informed the representative that i receive social security only for my monthly income, therefore i couldn't afford to pay from the pkg. today. i keep asking if the $798.00 would be charged to my account today. he repeatedly told me no, and that he and his boss would try to make the pkg. fesible for me. i expressed my fear in giving out my account number, but was told it was ok. charging my bank account put me $498.00. Just as i feared. Was told that they would cancel that amount before any of my checks went thru. They failed to follow that thru.

I want everything cancelled with this company and my money put back in my account along with payment for any overdraft chgs
