A little info:
Crown Plaza Resorts, Imperial Majesty Cruise Line, Florida Travel Network and a number of others all operate out of 9641 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, FL 33706. It looks like they are all part of Imperial Financial Management, Inc. (possibly filing as a non profit corporation in Florida).

So Fight Back. It looks like James M. Herron Sr. has passed away, however his son has taken over. James M. Herron Jr. lives in Largo Florida. I suggest that instead of calling the 800 number, or if you are getting the runaround, you should try calling Jim directly, his phone number is (727)458-4880.
While annoying Jim on his phone might help you feel a little better, I suggest that you start a Fighting Back campaing to the Florida Attorney General.
Look up Case Number: L99-3-1181 of the Florida Attorney General and their investigation against these companies. The Economic Crimes - Tallahassee Office is handling this case. Call them, write them, let them know how you feel. Also, file a complaint on-line with the Florida Division of Consumer Servises http://www.800helpfla.com/~cs/ccform.html
Even better idea, file with the attorney general in your state, the last time these companies got into trouble was because of the pressure from other states.
