Beware of this guy he goes from business to business complaining about service's so he can things for free. Getting over on people/Company is a game that he has perfected with banks, airlines, rental car companys and hotels. He also scams his tenants so if you run into a Randall Benton property run!!!!!!

I work for a hotel company and he called in to make a reservation, immediately aggressive and starts nitpicking everything I do. I search up his name because he was so cruel to me and I am not surprised by what I found. There is no doubt in my mind he called back later to complain about the service I provided in an attempt to receive some sort of compensation because he has to squeeze pennies out of every single thing he does. He has a mental disorder I'm sure. If any company is reading this do not play into his demands and consider blacklisting him.
