Randy was supposed to set up an "aged" corporation with lines of credit and prepare an offer in compromise for the Franchise Tax Board. He charged us  a fee of approximately $5,000. The corporation he set up was done incorrectly and he lied to us on several occasions about having filed all the accompanying paperwork. He never opened any lines of credit as promised and never completed the offer in compromise. When pressed for more information he became rude or did not respond. He will no longer answer the phone and has seemingly disappeared. In short, he took the money and ran. Nothing but a rip-off artist con man.
