Rapid Cable rip off Clinton Indiana

I had a different cable company and paid that bill on time. When one day I got a bill from Rapid Cable tell me that I owed more then what I was paying before. When I had another family member call they said that they had bought out the other cable company and that I owed this much money. I told them to disconnect and get the stuff off my mothers house. Well low and behold I got another bill from them. I don't like paying a bill and then saying that I owe someone else the money when I wasn't notified about the sale to be given a choice in the matter to keep it or not. Everyone that I have talk to says the same thing that they had no clue that this was the know cable company and the bill would be twice as high.
