I live in a rural area and decided on non-satellite service. I called initially to request service and was told a technician would come to make sure I could receive service in this area.

April 1st I had channels on my TV. I called the company and was told a tech would need to come out to install cable boxes for HBO and various digital programming.

The tech came the following Tues. He came in and told me he didn't have much time. There were no batteries in the remotes. He didn't show me how to use the remotes, or program the TV into the cable remote. He also did not make sure all the channels were working.

I have had outages continuously in the past week plus. The company is not available past 5pm CST. I left a message once advising of an outage. The company did NOT contact me as stated in the VM they would.

I called today 5 TIMES!!!! I am not getting channels paid for on one TV and several channels are horribly blury. I was told up to 48 hours for a service call and there was nothing to be done by their company. No apology for the outage/lack of channels/hasty installation.

I asked for a Supervisor and she was immediately rude, so I then spoke to Brad Potter. No apology, just defense of his employees. "They are trained to get WO's in quickly". I suggested Cust Service be included in their training.

No apology from Mr. Potter for the problem, or an explanation of why I am being charged for service (HBO) for 4 days when I had no box to watch it.

The general attitude of the employees of this company is "hands off" and "uncaring". They take your money and provide no service when a problem arises.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I'm not a fan of Satellite TV, but they are the only option when customer service is entirely lacking.
