I responded to the ad not checking RipOff Reports first. I read the terms very carefully. for $2.99 I thought what did I have to lose.
I was sent a confermation for my order and another e-mail with links to activate my account which I did not respond to because I did not have the CD. I am vigilant about checking my accounts online and in 7 days noticed a charge from Google for Profit for $39.95. I called them right away, the gentleman I spoke to stated that I had 7 days to accept or cancel my account. I explained that I never received the CD and never accessed the links provided to activate my account therefore I did not know about the t/f to cancel. I was provided with a confermation# for refund. Within 4 days the charge was removed. I thought all was well and the account had been canceled. Three days later I saw another debit from my account for $41.15 from Google For Profit. I called and was told that they did not charge my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold the represenative never came back. I went to work and called back that evening.
The next represenative told me the same thing, they did not charge my account. I gave him the phone# listed on my online statement and he admited it was one of their numbers, proceeded to tell my about the 7 day t/f and tried to assure me they did not process the debit. I became angry asked for a Supervisor, I spoke with Mar, he told me to fax a copy of my statement to them but told me I may not be credited.
I went to my bank, they faxed a copy of only their charge, blocking out my account#.
I also sent e-mail comunication and cc in several scam reporting agencies. They responded very quickly to refund my money. Now I am in a delema. They never credited the $41.15 exactly but they did credit another $39.95 plus the $2.99 S/H charges. I am now $1.79 ahead. I will get a cashiers check and give them their refund.

Yesterday, June 20,2008, the CD finally came. I immediately marked on the outside with a Sharpie marker "return to sender" with June, 20, 2008 on the outside. I put a line thru my address. It was placed in the outgoing box at my place of delivery. It is being shipped back today.

However, there may be some confusion.
I was given a $39.95 credit on June 14, 2008

That is why I Could not understand why my account has been charged the $41.15.

As of today, June 19th, 2008 the total due to me is $1.20.
$41.15 - $39.95= $1.20

I just want to thank you for refunding my S/H charges of $3.99 today.

I went to my bank and the manager that assisted me put the banks signature on the fax they sent.
The bank manager also advised me that it was unessasary for you to have all of my debits and credits.
They printed out the charge for $41.15 that is still on my account from Google Profits. And blocked out my account# for my protection.
They have also canceled my Visa Debit Card and I will receive a new on in the mail in 10 days.
I am requesting a check to be mailed to me for my refund. I will not give you my account# again only to have further unauthorized charges to my account.

I spoke with Mar Montonya he gave me a fax# to fax a copy of my statement. Advising me that there may be a system glitch. He told me that he would not promise a refund. However, he did admit the phone # and name of business was yours. I do not understand how he can tell me that I may not be credited the charge of $41.15 after he stated it must have been a system glitch. And after this second call to dispute charges I never authourized because I did not know about the Trial offer, since I never received the package explaining the service. I never accessed your links because I was waiting for the CD (s) to explain the program.

I cannot understand why my account was not closed last week when I called and disputed the charge, nor do I understand how new charges appeared on my account. I never activated a Google Account thru Google Money Profit or Raven Media. The email below from Raven Media is from the first charge of $39.95 that was credited to my account on the 14th of June 2008.

I never received the CD(s) that I did order.

Every time I call, the associate expresses Empathy for my being dissatisfied with your services . I was never given the opportunity to explore your services. How could I without the CD.

Conf:# for s/h fees rm6603757 I will see the charges on my statement as a refund. This is for the CD(s) That I did not receive.


Please credit the unauthorized charge of $41.15 along with the charges of $3.99 to my account.
I will take time off from work to go to my bank and fax a copy of my statement tomorrow, June 18, 2008.
