My wife and I wanted to buy 1 of 3 sets of den furniture. The sales rep. Mr. K. at first seemed very nice. We discussed the price on all 3 sets. I told him I had a number in my head, and if he were to come close to it, I will buy a set. He insisted that he know the number first, I told him that if I told him the number first, then I wont budge from it, he was OK with that.  I told him my number, he went to the manager, and came back 35 dollars higher than my number. I reminded him that I will not budge, and if he did'nt insist on knowing my number first, I would have purchased a set. He went back to his manager, then came back to us, in front of my wife, Mr. K. cursed me out. I just decided to shake his hand and told him to have a nice day. It was my choice to leave on those terms, however I did not appreciate being cursed out, especially in front of my wife, and the outcome could have been very different, had he been 20 years younger.

Bottom line, we went across the street and purchased a leather sectional

from a competitor.

I assure anyone who may question my experience at Raymour And Flanigan, that it is accurate.

I posted this to save other people a headache, however, your own experiences may end on a posative note. Mine did'nt
