Dated 10-30-08 there is a letter from RBC Financial, International Finance Dept., PO bOx 4545 Ontario Canada Claim Award No. SEN 014256 RF signed by John Garafield, Promotions Manager. The letter stated the prize was for 125,000$ and a check was enclosed from Wells Fargo Bank no. 2715 in the amount of 4850$ for paying Non Resident Gov. Taxes in the amount of 3785$. I took the check to be verified in a Cashier's Check in Miami Beach, and it was a fraudulent check. I want to warn everybody about this scam.
