RBC FINANCIAL recieved a check for $4850.00 ,US on 8-27-08. Letter stated I won $125,000.00 and to cash this to cover the costs of taxes. Windsor Ontario

On Aug.27th,08 I recieved a letter that i won $125,000.00 and a check for $4850.00 to cover the cost of GST taxes. The check looks totally real, but if I had deposited it I would be oweing my bank a whole lot more than that. I've reported this to the local police and postal office. These people need to be stopped.
