A young gentleman approached my home and seems very pleasant. He told me his spill and as the person I am I trusted him and took his word. Then he asked me to pick out a magazine from his Boucher, I didn't see any that I was interested in. He asked if there was something I was looking for in particular, my 13 years daughter was standing with me and I asked about a cheerleading magazine. He said that it would be $32.00 for 24 months. My daughter got all excited. But I told him that I didn't get paid until the first of the month. He said no problem that I could post date the check and it would not be processed for two weeks. I knew that I would have my paycheck by then.

So I went to go get my check book, He starts to write out the receipt and he tells me that to total will be $46.00, I asked why, you quoted me $32.00. He then tells me that there is a process and handling service of $14.00 and keep in mind my daughter was very excited, so I didn't have the heart to say NO. The next day, I decided that I didn't really have the money at this time to be spending on a magazine, so I mailed in a cancellation. After looking at the receipt and reading the back I will be only getting a refund of $32.00 the processing fee is not refundable. The following day I checked my bank account and realized that the check had been cash and drew my account negative. This company is very disappointing that they teach the young adults of today to con good trusting people out of their money, which they work so hard for. So never the less, I am out the $14.00 and a $20.00 service fee from my bank. I will not be answering my door any more for solicitors.
