While enjoying our first vacation in 6 years my husband and I were conned into buying a vacation cub membership which included bulk air rates, properte around the world and cruises.

We had already booked a cruise for next December and asked if we would be able to use our days on this particular cruise. We were assured we would be able to and istead of paying $3000 per cabin, we could trade in our day and pay $900. We were also promised bulk air rates to Europe so that my husband would be able to get home to see his ailing mother as often as needed.

15 min. after signing the contract we went back down to the office to ask a few questions and it was locked uptighter than a *(*&^& you get the point.
We returned each morning on our vaction to see if they had arranged the cruise for us. Each morning we were told they were working on it.

At the end of our vacation we were told they would call gfirst think Monday morning with the prices and all of the arangements. Make a very long and horrible story short... after a month of daily phone calls, faxes and emails we were told we wouldn't be able to go on "that cruise" oh... and it was pretty difficult to get the space in the European hotels. And the bulk airfare?? We were given a bogus number to someone in Miami named Milly... who never returned our calls or made flight arrangements.

Plane and simple the HORRIBLE sales man is named PABLO HERNANDEZ... the head of this scam is CAYTETANO MOCTEZUMA (Project Director) sales diretor who was going to take such great carre of us after he admitted that PABLO HERNANDEZ out and out lied to us is MARCOS DEL CASTILLO.

I really hope these men get what they deserve. It is just sickening that these people play on hard working people trying to find some sort of enjoyment out of life.

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THE GRAN CARIB REAL who supports this con.

It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront ... I found these articles that speak precisely about this, you should read them, that might help you to resolve many doubts:
