While enjoying our first vacation in 3 years my husband and I were conned into buying a vacation cub membership which included cruises, discount hotels, airfare, RCI membership, etc.

We were supposed to have all the information when we returned home from our vacation but we waited and waited and nothing came. I complained in writing, e-mail, and phone and still recieved nothing from them. After a month of this I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Since it had been so long they couldn't reverse the charge. 1 year after we signed the contract I finally recieved some information that had already expired because it took so long to get to us.

I have complained to the mexican goverment, sent letter after letter, made phone call after phone call but nobody will talk to me. We have even been unable to use the weeks we purchased because we just get put on hold and no one ever comes back to talk to us. We were totally scammed and ripped off by thousands of dollars.

We were lied to and they purposley kept bringing margarita's and champaign. We were there for over 3 hrs saying no and they would not let us leave. It was a horrible experience, we eventually caved. We were told we could cancel anytime which in fact was a lie.

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THE GRAN CARIB REAL who supports this con.
