On Oct 14, 2020, I paid Real Estate Express 59.40 for a course to take the CA real estate exam.

I was told it takes about 2 weeks to receive course. I never received anything. 

After I complained to them, Real Estate Express promised me a refund.

It is now 2/16/2021 and I still don't have a reund from them.
