Real Estate Pipeline scam, horrible customer service, Internet

Got several calls from this company about using their service and I finally agreed to sign up. Luckily for me, I only did the smallest program. When I heard from the sales person, Susan Cantrell, she pitched me on the program and how great it was. She was the 3rd person who called me trying to pitch me, stating that they had a "lead ready to buy in my area"....all the leads that they had when they were trying to pitch me were great leads. Once I finally joined the program.....the leads they sent me where not the same.

They sent me leads in a much lower price point from "buyers" who either have bad credit or just want to rent. When I tried to complain to Susan, she was no longer taking my calls and the "customer service" department was handling complaints. I cancelled my leads today and requested a refund of whatever was still owed b/c I had another sales person call me today, his name was Steve, and tell me he had a $550K buyer looking in New Hope. This lead never came to me personally, even though New Hope is in my market.....they use the high end leads to get more suckers to buy their program and pass the crappy leads on to the people who actually PAY for the program.

Do not do business with this company. It's a huge scam and you will get crappy leads and pay a decent amount for them. Go on vacation....the money is better served that way.
