Real Estate Pipeline Lot's of hype but they just take your money and deliver nothing! Missoula, Montana

If you are in Real Estate and you are contacted by REAL ESTATE PIPELINE, don't walk...RUN away!!!  They will give you lots of fancy words to get your money and in the end you will get absolutely nothing for what you give them!!!

I was contacted about 5 weeks ago by a real estate agent/salesperson from a company she identified as Real Estate Pipeline.  Her speel was that they provided qualified leads of people wanting to purchase a home and she gave me details of the elaborate screening process they use to verify/confirm the lead is a real lead;  they get approximately 2-3 leads every week in my area;  their territory assignments are exclusive so they only sign one agent to a territory; you have up to 7 days to reject a lead; if we are not satisified with their program, we can cancel within the first 60 days and receive a full refund.  Sounds reasonable enough to try anyway.

The truth is...

1.  the leads (at least the ones that i received) are pure garbage;  i immediately received 2 leads from them that were both rejects!  1st lead never answered her phone or returned messages or reply to an email. 2nd lead just flat out refused to even talk on phone and immediately hung up, he only wanted free bank owned property lists emailed to him and no other form of communication at all.

2. even though they still credited me with the leads back into my account, they did not credit the money for those leads back on my account balance.

3. after that, for about a month, no more leads from my "exclusive territory" so I cancelled my account with them!!!  Over a time period of approximately 5 weeks, I received only the initial 2 garbage leads from them...nothing more!  What happened to the 2 leads per week blah-blah?

Bottom line...I initially paid them $681.50 and received a refund of $388.00 so I'm out $293.50 for exactly nothing.  That's a great deal for them but not so great for me!!!
